The Results Are In: UNSW vs. USYD

Last week UNSW competed against University of Sydney in the #BloodyOath Challenge! From far and wide students assembled, ready to brandish their gym-pumped veins. Both universities put up a terrific fight, blood was drawn and at the end of the week all lives were saved.

Thanks to the Red Cross Blood Service, the results are in!

You do the math.

Just kidding. The winners are…UNSW with 192 donations!

Results aside, all students should be very proud of their efforts. It was a tremendous week and I am so pleased with the results. It was so great to hear all the positive feedback from students with one of our first time donors saying, “I feel so happy having given blood for the first time! Silly I left it so long! Thanks for the push Blood Brothers I will be a regular donor from now on!”

I know many of you were first timers so I hope your experience will also make you think about doing it regularly. I would love to hear about your personal experience in the comments section below.

Together we saved 1116 lives…#BloodyOath!
